D/C’s first annual FesTIPval starts tomorrow (continuing two weeks later) outdoors on the roofdeck of the world-renowned Tip. Stellar new-music lineup includes Drunken Prayer, from Portland, Leftover Cuties, from LA, and, just added: Thomas Wynn and the Believers from Orlando. And from the embarassment of riches file, Tip Records will also premiere the new Gary Wilson “Feel the Beat” video, introduced — live and in-person — by director Sean Dunne (American Juggalo), with a rumored special appearance, via Skype, by the legendary Gary himself. Beer and wine, 5:30. First band, 6. Video and Gary(?), 7.
