Kumi is a super power. As the agency’s first Managing Director, and the force behind our EDI programs, Kumi has reimagined the agency’s culture and approach to inclusivity and belonging. As Managing Director she’s responsible for leading both the account and project management teams, as well as supporting overall growth and culture initiatives of the agency. For nearly 7 years prior to becoming Managing Director, Croom served as Group Account Director for the California Tobacco Control Program account — a job requiring herculean effort and serious juggling skills. Beyond DC, she’s worked on world-leading brands such as McDonald’s, Mattel, Hilton Hotels, the Los Angeles Dodgers, Toshiba, Chase and Scion. Raised by a family of singers, Kumi can, upon occasion, be persuaded to belt out a tune and a sweeter sound you will never hear.
